WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT
Are you sick of going to the gym and having a trainer or classes made for 30 year olds? Feel like there’s no where to go for over 50’s? We hear you!
Our GROUP classes are un-intimidating work-outs specifically designed for you. You don’t need to grunt with effort, collapse in exhaustion or sweat for days to reap the benefits of exercise. You just need to come in and get moving in a safe, fun, and structured environment.
We understand that each of you have lived a very unique half century (or so) and that you have different strengths & weaknesses, wants and needs. So with that in mind, each participant in the 4 week course will have a postural, movement and core function assessment completed on them by our expert exercise physiologists. We will then know exactly what YOU need to improve. You'll also receive a personalised stretch program tailored to you so you're only stretching the right muscles.

I love working with the over 50's crowd. You're fun, cheeky, and I love hearing about all the things you can do when your fascia loosens up and your muscles start working in tandem again. So, with that in mind, I've created this four week trial for you!
Four weeks of showing you how you're MEANT TO MOVE and how you're MEANT TO TRAIN. If you love it and want more (which I know you will) I will be running 4 week courses every term to get you moving better every week, month and season. As well as the exercise classes in each term we will also have specialists teaching workshops specifically designed for baby boomers on topics that are relevant to you! Think all things health, food, sleep, mental state and well being.
