How often should I receive a Reflexology session?

Regular sessions are the best way for your body to benefit from this type of therapy. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your needs. For preventative purposes, monthly sessions are recommended. For acute or chronic symptom management, weekly session for four to six weeks would be beneficial. Starting with weekly sessions, then fortnightly, and then onto monthly sessions is the most common pathway for session plans to follow.
