(PROGRAMS MUST BE UPDATED EVERY 3 WEEKS)

FOR THOSE WHO: 

  • LOVE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS AT HOME​

  • NEED THEIR BODY RE-ALIGNED

  • NEED A STRONG FOUNDATION TO THIER MOVEMENT

  • NEED TO FOCUS ON MOBILITY AND STABILITY 

  • HAVE 20-40 MINUTES A DAY TO WORK ON THEMSELVES

  • CAN GET EQUIPMENT AT HOME
