This super quick, easy collagen and nutrient dense smoothie will give your morning a real kick. It contains loads of potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6 & B12, vitamin C, vitamin A, fibre, pre and probiotics.....!
(2 serves)
200g frozen banana
200g frozen mango
20g honey or maple
40g Nutraviva Collagen Hydrolysate powder (now available in clinic)
400ml milk of choice (I use Norco Low Fat)
Blend this bad boy up, pour into a bowl or big old cup.
Optional:
For extra texture try sprinkling some bee pollen, sliced banana, blueberries, strawberries...
